Marvin Gold Management — Residential Real Estate
Background. When Porte started working for Marvin Gold Management, we took on a client that was already the largest manager of residential real estate in Brooklyn — some 12,000+ apartments. We were chosen to update and refresh its image. It was not sufficient to be known as big; we believed they also needed to be known as the best.
Actions. Porte created a series of print ads for publications most relevant to Gold's business. A PR effort not only provided a reminder of their presence, but also provided a distinctive image for a company that had made only token efforts to stay in the public eye until then. |
